The Village Terms and Conditions
NOTE: All sales are final. Please make sure to book for the right time and date as well as the correct number of people. No refunds will be issued and times or dates will not be changed. The village is an outdoor walk through Christmas display. Rough terrain and cold temperatures will be present during your visit. This may pose an issue for strollers and wheelchairs. Trails may also be wet or muddy. Please plan accordingly. In order to get to and from the village you must take our hayride. You will not be permitted to walk through our tree fields after dark. Please note that we do not allow professional photographers or photography equipment in the village. Our rules will be posted at the start of the walking trails. Anyone observed breaking these rules will be removed from premises without refund. You must present your tickets in order to board the hayride, as well as at the start of the walking trails. Please have them available on a mobile device or printed. You will not be allowed into The Village without your ticket. Please arrive promptly depending on the start time of your ticket. Your ticket will no longer be valid 30 minutes after your start time. By purchasing tickets you agree that we will not be held liable for damages or injuries to person or property.

Purchase Agreement: By purchasing, you agree to buy, and The Village at Anne Ellen agrees to sell, the ticket(s) listed in your order. You agree to pay the total price of the ticket(s), which includes any applicable taxes, facility fees, service fees, and other charges specified in the Order Confirmation, and you waiver the right to any credit card dispute.

Ticket Delivery: Tickets purchased through this website will be sent to the email address you provided. You must either print the e-tickets or load them onto an electronic device. These tickets must be presented in a scannable format at the entrance on the Event Date

No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. Once you receive an Order Confirmation, no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided. Changes to the Event Date, including any alterations to talents and amenities, may occur and will not be grounds for a refund or exchange. Please ensure you verify all times, tickets, and dates before completing your purchase.

Postponed and Closed Event Dates: The Village at Anne Ellen may, at its sole discretion, postpone or close the Event Date without notice due to safety concerns. In such cases, ticket holders who were unable to attend will be notified and given an opportunity to reschedule within available future Event Dates of the same season. Refunds will not be given.

Right to Refuse Entry and Cancel Tickets: The Village at Anne Ellen reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder without refund or compensation for behavior deemed disorderly, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, including intoxication and offensive language.

Ticket Sharing: Customers are responsible for securing their tickets. If you share your ticket information and another person uses it to enter the event, no refund will be provided. The Village at Anne Ellen is not responsible for unauthorized use of ticket information

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. Tickets, including times, dates, and number of attendees, cannot be changed once booked. There will be no cancellations, refunds, or rebooking.

Rescheduling Policy: Guests may reschedule Village tickets through their customer portal, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled ticket time. Each reschedule is subject to a $20 non-refundable fee. Please note that bookings cannot be divided; all tickets within a single order must be moved together. No changes, cancellations, or rescheduling will be permitted once the 24-hour window has passed.

Dynamic Pricing: This season, The Village will be using dynamic pricing to help balance crowds on our busiest evenings. Prime Nights are priced at $26 for adults and $16 for children, while Non-Prime Nights are $24 for adults and $14 for children. When rescheduling, please note that moving tickets from a Non-Prime Night to a Prime Night will require payment of the price difference in addition to the $20 rescheduling fee. If tickets are moved from a Prime Night to a Non-Prime Night, the difference in price is not refundable. For this reason, we encourage guests to review their chosen date carefully when booking.

Acknowledgment of Terms: By purchasing and/or holding a ticket to the event and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
