Photography Session Terms and Conditions

NOTE: All Photography Permits must be booked online in advance. Farm Photography Permits are available for 30 minutes (max. 2 clients) or 1 hour (max. 4 clients). Truck and Tractor Permits are 30 minutes (max. 2 clients). Mini sessions are permitted within these limits. A Photography Permit Waiver is required and will be automatically provided through the booking system. Every client being photographed must be listed on the waiver for safety, liability, and insurance purposes. If a client is not on the waiver, they may not be photographed. All photographers and clients must check in before beginning. Permits are valid only for the reserved time and photography area. Photographers and props are not provided. All sales are final. Permits may be rescheduled one time at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability. Truck and Tractor permit holders are responsible for returning the provided gate key and relocking the area after use. Unreturned keys are subject to a $20 replacement fee.

Photography Permit Agreement: By purchasing a Photography Permit, you agree to buy, and Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm agrees to sell, the Photography Permit listed in your order. You agree to pay the total price, which includes any applicable taxes, facility fees, service fees, and other charges specified in the Order Confirmation, and you waive the right to any credit card dispute.

Photography Permit Requirment:A valid Photography Permit is required for anyone conducting a scheduled photography session on the property. Your permit is valid only for the date, time, photography area, and clients authorized under your reservation. A Photography Permit provides limited permission to conduct photography on our private property and does not provide unrestricted access to the farm.

Purchase Agreement: By purchasing, you agree to buy, and Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm agrees to sell, the ticket(s) listed in your order. You agree to pay the total price of the ticket(s), which includes any applicable taxes, facility fees, service fees, and other charges specified in the Order Confirmation, and you waiver the right to any credit card dispute.

Permit Delivery: Permits purchased through this website will be sent to the email address you provided. You must either print the e-tickets or load them onto an electronic device. These tickets must be presented in a scannable format at the office on the Event Date to confirm permit purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. Once you receive an Order Confirmation, no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided. You are allowed to reschedule your booking only once. After the initial rescheduling, further changes will not be accommodated, and all bookings are considered final. Please ensure you verify all times, tickets, and dates before completing your purchase. Changes to the Event Date, including any alterations to amenities, will not be grounds for a refund or exchange.

Postponed and Closed Event Dates: Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm may, at its sole discretion, postpone or close the Event Date without notice due to safety concerns. In such cases, permit holders who were unable to attend will be notified and given an opportunity to reschedule within available future Event Dates of the same season. Refunds will not be given.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. Once your booking is confirmed, no changes can be made to the time, date, or number of attendees. We allow rescheduling only once. After your initial rescheduling, no further changes can be made. Cancellations, refunds, or additional rebooking are not permitted.

Rescheduling Policy: Photography permits may be rescheduled one time only, and this must be done at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled session time. Rescheduling must be completed through your customer portal. There is no fee for this one-time reschedule. No additional rescheduling, changes, or cancellations will be accepted after the initial modification.

Acknowledgment of Terms: By purchasing and/or holding a ticket to the event and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
