Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm
We love our furry friends! Dogs are only permitted on The Farm when leashed and doggy bags are required since we do not provide them. Animals are however not permitted in The Village
No! Tickets are not required to enter our farm to cut down a tree or to shop around in our stores. Tickets are only required for The Village and if you wish to book a photo session.
It takes our trees upwards of ten years to grow into a fully sized tree.
We recommend the coolest spot in your house and away from any heat source (fireplaces, heating vents).
Due to variable conditions in a home as far as temperature, heat source, intermittent watering and tree variety, these will all play a role in how long a tree will last. Due to this we cannot determine a specific length of time a tree will last in your home. In ideal conditions a tree can last up to 3 weeks. However this is not the norm some trees may last longer then 3 weeks and some may not.
We recommend cutting a tree no earlier than Thanksgiving weekend.
Santa is normally at our farm on the weekends only, from 9AM to 5PM.
On the weekends we get quite busy. On our peak weekends, it is normal to have to wait in excess of an hour for your tree to come out of the fields, and go through our bailing process. We recommend that anybody with strict time constraints get to the farm as early as possible or consider coming during a weekday.
The Farm takes both cash transactions as well as all major credit cards!
To allow for maximum water absorption saw a 1-2 inch section across the bottom of the tree. Place tree in water immediately when arriving home. Situate your tree in a well ventilated area away from heat or draft source. It is important to always keep water in the stand and never let it dry out. Tree preservative is recommended but not required.
