Questions people ask
- Do I need to purchase tickets to enter the farm?
- No. You don't need a reservation or a ticket to visit the farm or the shops. The Village at Anne Ellen is ticketed: online only, none sold at the door.
- Do you take cash or credit cards?
- The shops take cash and card, and there's an ATM on site. Village tickets are card only, online.
- When will Santa be there?
- At the farm: Saturdays and Sundays from November 27 to December 20, plus Black Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Visiting is free, and a professional photographer is there if you'd like a photo, for a fee. At night, Santa is at The Village every night through Christmas Eve, with professional photos available to buy.
- When is the best time to cut a tree?
- Any weekend after Thanksgiving weekend. The cut-your-own fields are open daily from November 13, 9 AM, and close at 4 PM sharp.
- Can I tag a tree and come back for it later?
- Yes, and it's free, no reservation needed. Just know that tagging doesn't reserve or guarantee a tree: the fields stay open to everyone, and another customer can remove a tag or cut a tagged tree.
- Can I bring my dog?
- Leashed dogs are welcome on the farm! They can't come into The Village.
