Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of your ticket, your photography permit, or your visit to the farm — those are separate, and they are the ones that govern what you buy.
Who runs this site
This website is operated by Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm and The Village at Anne Ellen (Daum Road Associates LLC), 114 Daum Road, Manalapan, NJ 07726.
Tickets, permits and waivers
Buying anything is governed by the terms attached to it, not by this page: the Village Terms and Conditions and Village Waiver for Village tickets, and the Photography Session Terms for permits. Tickets and permits are sold through Peek, and Peek's own terms apply to the transaction.
Prices, dates and hours
We keep prices, dates and opening hours on this site as current as we can, and they can change — particularly for weather. Where a price or a season is shown, the year it applies to is shown with it. The live availability and price at the moment you book is the one that counts.
Weather and closures
The farm and the Village are outdoors. We may close or postpone without notice for safety. What happens to a ticket in that case is covered by the Village Terms.
Our content
The photographs, text, logos and designs on this site belong to Anne Ellen Christmas Tree Farm or are used with permission. Please don't republish them commercially without asking. You're very welcome to share our pages and link to us.
Photography on the property
Personal photos during your visit are welcome. Scheduled photography sessions need a permit, and professional photography equipment is not allowed in the Village. The details are on the Photography page and in the Photography Session Terms.
Your own content
If you send us a message, a review or a photo, you're confirming it's yours to send and you're giving us permission to use it. Don't send anything unlawful or anything that isn't yours.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep this site accurate and online, and we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available. If you spot something wrong, please tell us — the contact details are in the footer.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they were last checked. They are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
