Village tickets

Before you book

• You'll be let in at your scheduled entry time. If you arrive early, you'll be asked to wait until your time slot.
• Your ticket is valid for 30 minutes after its start time, so please arrive promptly.
• Have your tickets ready on your phone or printed: you'll show them to board the hayride and again at the start of the trails.
• All sales are final. Reschedule through your customer portal up to 6 hours before your ticket time; each reschedule carries a fee, and bookings move together.
• Moving to a night that costs more means paying the difference; moving to one that costs less, the difference isn't refunded.
• The Village is outdoors on rough, sometimes muddy trails in the cold. Strollers and wheelchairs can struggle, so plan accordingly.
• No professional photographers or photography equipment in The Village.
