Photography permits
The farm as your backdrop.
We welcome photographers and guests who want to use the property for seasonal photography. A permit is required, booked online in advance, and it's good only for its date, time, area and the clients listed on it.

Had your photo taken with Santa?
If you didn't buy your pictures on the day, they're not gone. Photos from Santa at the farm and from Santa's House in The Village are on the photographer's website, where you can find yours and buy them afterwards.
Please note: we do not provide photographers or props.
Farm Photography Permit
The Christmas tree fields. 30 minutes for up to 2 clients, or 1 hour for up to 4. Mini sessions welcome within those limits. Fields only: not the truck, tractor, firetruck or The Village.
Truck Photography Permit
Our 1930s Ford flatbed. Shoot from the front or set up in the bed. It stays where it is. 30 minutes, up to 2 clients. Truck only.
Tractor Photography Permit
Our tractor setup as your backdrop. 30 minutes, up to 2 clients. Tractor only.
The waiver, in plain terms
- One separately scheduled individual, couple, family or group counts as one client.
- After booking, you'll be prompted to complete our Photography Permit Waiver through the booking system. Nothing to download or email. Every client being photographed must be listed on it; if they're not on the waiver, they can't be photographed on the property.
- No additional or unregistered clients. Time left on your permit doesn't mean another client.
- Everyone checks in before starting. Truck and tractor permit holders return the gate key and relock the area. Unreturned keys are $20.
- Reschedule once, at least 12 hours ahead, through your customer portal. No fee. All sales final.
